Hey everyone!  Got some great news.  "Western Stars" just got nominated for the Best Country album of the year title!  It’s one of the five finalists in the 9th Annual Independent Music Awards for that category.  The judges don't announce the overall winner until January.  There is also a "peoples choice" vote going on which is a separate award. It doesn't affect the judges final decision but it does get the album extra promotion if it wins the popular vote.

    The other great news is "Your Son", the last song on the album was announced as a finalist in the USA Songwriting competition this week.
